Refunds

All sales are final unless you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy, you may contact us through our website or by email to request a refund. After reviewing your request, we may issue a refund and revoke further access to the Paid Upgrades.

If you make an in-game purchase through Google Play or the App Store, we do not process your payment information directly. Payment handling is performed by the respective platform.

Your Content

Any content you submit to our Service remains the property of its respective owner. For example, if you upload your photo into a game to customize it, the intellectual property right to that photo remains yours.

If you upload someone else's content, you must first obtain all necessary permissions. By uploading content to our Service, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to do so.

Survival

The previous limitations apply even if a warranty fails of its essential purpose. The Service is offered by us from Nepal. If you use our Service from another country, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
